Lil Hearth eGuides
This series of 8 eGuides follow a cycle of star events close to my heart. Each downloadable ebook contains seasonal recipes from my kitchen, slivers of wisdom, and love tucked on every page.
I continue to write and test most recipes featured in this series as part of my healing process as I transition from busy Corporate Executive to restored hearth mama. If you’re looking for a kitchen spell in slowing down, eating nourishing meals, and soaking up the flavors in each season…this is for you!
-
This eGuide is meant to read like a quick-guide I used to make as a librarian. It’s a simple “need to know” eGuide for the season.
-
Every Hearth Guide contains a story, cooking methods and flavors, seasonal recipes, wisdom from my Kitchen, reflections on burnout and recovery, and a signature MoonMilk tailored to the season!
-
From Executive Mamas to seasoned kitchen chefs, our Lil Hearth Guides are written for people who care about doing things slowly—and doing them by the season.
Dog Days of Summer
I watched the sunset with my roses this late July and a story came forward. Only a fraction - a beginning. And as I wrote it through, pulled and accepted the thread, I also pulled together some other pieces I’ve been leaning on as we tumble into the Dog Days of Summer 2026.
Our first Lil Hearth Guide is dedicated to surviving the hottest days, calibrating calm, and softening with the final moments of summer.

Delicious Mischief
Hearth Mama Ops Boss is a delicious collection of essays and recipes I am writing as I reflect upon my evolution as a leader. Capturing some old high school memories, college mishaps through the North Georgia Mountains, my military career, and 22 years as an absolute OpsBoss.
It’s my way of shedding responsibilities and laptop demands for the ease and support of forest glitter, whimsical flavors, and unearthing myself within a collection of musings. It’s a journey back to being a messy human.
While I’m cooking this up, I’m working on an online community curated for leaders looking to lead…and stay human.

Leadership in Rebellion
It’s easy to watch the numbers - it’s so tragically hard to tend the present moment in Corporate America.
Touching the data means you never have to deal with the messy humans the data reflects. Essays contained within the Apple collection are reclamation of my pleasure and promise of rebellious leadership.

Leadership in Evolution
No one talked to me about what it is to lead with heavy grief, the gravity of motherhood, or evolving while on-stage.
Being in leadership by its very nature means evolving in-front of the people you lead. Grief, Cancer, Motherhood - they all played a part in my evolution that took place while leading a 180 member team.

The BeeLeadership in Community
So many leaders have sat with me all saying the same thing - it’s lonely at the helm.
I think we might only find the answer to leading in community if we open up a bit about decisions we made alone (not in a vacuum - but alone with consequence) and invite a community that allows leadership in a new form.
