It’s easy to watch the numbers - it’s so tragically hard to tend the present moment in Corporate America.
Touching the data means you never have to deal with the messy humans the data reflects. Essays contained within the Apple collection are reclamation of my pleasure and promise of rebellious leadership.

Being in leadership by its very nature means evolving in-front of the people you lead. Grief, Cancer, Motherhood - they all played a part in my evolution that took place while leading a 180 member team.

So many leaders have sat with me all saying the same thing - it’s tragically lonely at the helm.
I think we might only find the answer to leading in community if we open up a bit about decisions we made alone (not in a vacuum - but alone with consequence) and invite a community that allows leadership in a new form.
