Onward.

Towards a life drenched in seasonal rhythm.

What’s the matter, babe?

You’ve barely touched your fiscal years…

At some point on the daily 4:30pm calls I realized the depths of my loneliness.

The truth is I missed the hearth and moss of me.

I needed me.

Fiscal years have calculated stagnant boundaries.

Field and flame hold a different cadence.

What the fiscal years overlook….

Even with the wins - $56million profits, national team expansion, pivoting through all those software systems, protecting and adopting automation…I could no longer deny what we were overlooking:

  • Burnout masked as success

  • Power hoarded instead of shared

  • Leaders with big wild hearts shrinking to fit

Welcome to my online Hearth!

This is my online space dedicated to my writing projects, blog, and links to other ambitions.

I’m kicking off my Corporate heels as I slip into a softer, gentler pace for a while.

I’m currently working on a series of lil guides as I move through the messiness of this transition. (See 🐕 Dog Days below!)

I’m also cooking up an amazing women’s retreat in my home mountains.

It’s time.

To get mossy.

To go slower.

To welcome the silence and resolve.

To take my pleasure.

Thanks for being here for a spell, friend!

Dog Days of Summer

Lil Hearth eGuide

I watched the sunset with my roses this late July and a story came forward. Only a fraction - a beginning. And as I wrote it through, pulled and accepted the thread, I also pulled together some other pieces I’ve been leaning on as we tumble into the Dog Days of Summer 2026.

Our first Lil Hearth eGuide is dedicated to surviving the hottest days, calibrating calm, and softening with the final moments of summer.
