❋ Honor the Silence
Silence in this retreat is not just the absence of talking, it’s the presence of sacred space. Protect it for yourself and others. Our day of silence includes no cell phones or digital engagement. It’s honored as a day of removing noise and excess - allowing for a focus on simplicity and inner wisdom as guided by the Appalachians.
❋ Come as you are.
This is a space for rest, not rescue. We hold space for reflection and processing, but not therapy. This is not a space for those with acute trauma needs or therapy. It’s a group of women who have done the work, do the work, and are here to BE.
❋ Presence over Performance
You’ve already built what you’ve built. Here, you’re not a founder or executive - you are a woman who gets to rest.
❋ No Alcohol
This is a dry retreat. No alcohol will be served or is permitted during our retreat.

Four day retreat booking for your own spacious, luxury-appointed King Suite with Heirloom cooling mattresses, and your own private luxury bathroom I’ve taken extra care to adorn a day ahead with the finest shower spoils. Bedding includes Company Store comforters, high-end linens and duvet covers and a pillow selection for a personalized sleep experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 90 or more days before the retreat start date (i.e., on or before November 1, 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 45 days before the retreat start date (after December 19, 2026) are not eligible for any refund.
No-shows and early departures are not eligible for any refund or credit.
In the event the retreat organizer must cancel the retreat, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.
We acknowledge that gather on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territory of the Cherokee people (Aniyunwiya or Anikituwagi), as well as the Yuchi (Tsoyaha), Shawnee, and Creek peoples. These sovereign nations steward the mountains, valleys, and rivers of East Tennessee through a relationship of deep reciprocity and respect. Our honoring during our time opens with gratitude and offering to the people, ancestors, and traditions that are steeped within the soil. 10% of this retreat’s profits are donated to the Cherokee Nation.
