I’ve scaled mental health companies, expanded portfolios, and translated chaos into clarity across Fortune 500 corridors. But even with the wins - $56million profits, national team expansion, pivoting through all those software systems…I saw what we were overlooking:

We have to cultivate intentional containers where people can serve their highest work, be supported, and drench ourselves with rhythmic intent that moves with the seasons.

Reciprocity requires trust. We exchange for mutual benefit - and we all f**king rise. I will give before I expect to receive, which is how I’ve learned the hard way to only give where my values are fully aligned.

Growing up in the Deep South, “a daily devotion” was standard religious practice. I’ve revisited the tenant and cultivated it into a deep commitment. A team, the vision, and the collective cause.
